Support & Fees Guide
🌿 Getting Started
Every family’s situation is different, and no two cases follow exactly the same path.
The information below is designed as a guide to the types of support available and typical costs, helping you understand what to expect.
If something is not listed, it does not mean it cannot be supported — many cases require a flexible and tailored approach.
All support is tailored individually and agreed in advance.
Initial Consultation
A free initial consultation is available via:
- Microsoft Teams
- Phone
- Face-to-face (if local)
This consultation gives you the opportunity to:
- Explain your current situation
- Discuss concerns and priorities
- Ask initial questions
- Understand what level of support may be appropriate
- Decide whether you would like support moving forward
There is no obligation following the consultation.
Document Review & Strategy Session
Clarity. Direction. Understanding.
This service is designed for families who would like professional review and guidance regarding their child’s SEND documentation, provision, or EHCP process.
I will carefully review the documents provided in advance, identifying:
- Strengths within the current evidence
- Possible gaps in provision or wording
- Areas requiring clarification or strengthening
- Concerns regarding implementation or suitability of provision
- Possible next steps and considerations moving forward
We will then meet for a private consultation via Teams to discuss the findings and wider context surrounding the case.
This session is intended to help families better understand their position, concerns, and possible options before deciding how they wish to proceed.

✓ 1–1 consultation (approximately 60–90 minutes)

Prior to the session, families will complete a short pre-meeting form so key concerns and priorities can be understood in advance.

What the Pre-Meeting Form May Include
- Current stage of the SEND/EHCP process
- Main concerns at present
- Specific questions or areas they would like guidance on

They do not include:
- Full document review
- Ongoing advocacy
- Ongoing case management
- Detailed strategic planning outside the appointment
- Representation or communication on behalf of parents
Guidance and recommendations are based solely on the information shared during the session and within the pre-meeting form.
